The HSL tool gives you control to adjust the Hue, Saturation and Lightness of a specific color in the image. 

If you select one of 8 colors, you can fine-tune that color without affecting other colors in the image.

1. Tap the Types at the bottom of the edit screen.

2. Type the text you want using the keyboard.

3. Select a font you want.

4. Adjust text spacing, color, texture, or shadow as desired.

This is the basic way to adjust the size or  angle of graphic elements like text and stickers in MocaDeco.
